I want to thank you for your excellent work in making new cushions for our church. As you know, this was a bit of a challenge with the new fire laws that are in effect. I very much appreciate the leg work you did to make sure we are compliant.
I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the great detective work you pulled off in locating the fabric that we chose. That turned out to be very important as we simply never found anything else that was even close to what we wanted. The color and texture of this particular fabric is perfect for our sanctuary.
Finally, I appreciate the way you do business. The estimate was throrough, your communications were timely, and of course, the new cushions arrived earlier than promised. You may be a one man shop, but your way of doing business is very professional.
